BOARD CHAIR

Lois Epstein believes that AKPIRG plays an essential role protecting and enhancing state and federal government practices that are responsive to public and consumer interests. Additionally, during its over forty-plus years of existence, AKPIRG has strengthened democratic engagement by Alaskans. As a board member, Lois is happy to help accomplish these important goals.

Lois is a licensed civil engineer in Anchorage with her own company, LNE Engineering and Policy, where she serves as a consultant to environmental and tribal organizations. Previously, Lois worked full-time for national and regional environmental organizations in Alaska and Washington, DC.
